I can honestly say I got way more votes as a write-in candidate than Donald Trump did in the election. Unfortunately, Joan didn’t get enough and that “Revitalize Springville” group turned out and voted those incumbents back into office. It’s sad to see no one—except Mike Connors—representing the rest of the community on that board. Such is life with not enough voters turning out at the polls.

In happier news, I’m soon to have another window in the garden shed. The hole is cut and this will be the view:
